I WANT TO USE MY OWN DESIGN, WHY DO I NEED AN SVG?
Our engraving machine requires vector files, which allows for designs to be scaled to any size. We prefer SVG files as we can then guarantee it is a true vector file. If you are having issues with SVG, please feel free to contact us and we can help you with your design!

WHAT IS AN SVG?
SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphic, and allows us to maintain precision. They do not lose quality when resized, and tell the machine what direction to use the laser.

WHY CAN’T I USE A JPG OR PNG?
This type of file is considered a bitmap image. They are composed of pixels, where data is
recorded in each pixel. It is useful for printers, but the engraving machine needs additional
information that can only be provided with vector files.

PURCHASE PICKUP?

Once your order is complete, usually in 3-5 business days, we will contact you for pickup at our Okotoks Location.

DO YOU OFFER SHPING?

We currently only offer shipping for our tumbler/yeti products. Please contact us for special requests.
